§ 14-day Guarantee
We offer a 14-day no-question money guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with our products or subscriptions. Simply let us know at hello [at] nihongo [dot] life. This applies to products sold directly through our website.
Our books sold through Amazon have their own Refund Policy. Apple also have their own Refund Policy for memberships purchased through our iOS app.
§ Example
If you purchase an annual or monthly membership to the website on the 9th of June, you have until the end of the day June 23rd (14 calendar days, to the end of the day on the last calendar day) to issue your request for a full refund. You will no-longer be billed and you will not receive any membership benefits as soon as the cancelation is processed.
§ Membership Cancellation
You are able to remove your subscription from your Dashboard under 'Settings' at any time for immediate cancelation. Or, send an email to us at hello [at] nihongo [dot] life if there is an issue processing the 14-day refund or another billing query and we will investigate and reply within 5 business days.
We don't require, but would kindly request you send us feedback along with your cancelation request so we can keep improving our services.
